SHIPPING INFORMATION

HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next 3 business days* from the date of your purchase.

The shipping time takes effect from the moment the customer receives the purchase confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to the high demand on holidays and promotional dates, orders may be delayed.

Butrich will be not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, transportation stoppages, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.

HOW DO I KEEP THE CLUTCHES IN GOOD CONDITION?

Our clutches are handmade in Peru with the best materials on the market. Keep in mind that natural materials such as leather can present irregularities and variations in their tonality, which makes them unique and special.

Be careful with the hooks that hold the chain, check that they are in the correct position before closing the clutch.

Be careful not to drop the clutch to the ground or press too hard on it as it could snap out of square. When carrying it in the suitcase, we recommend storing it in a hard box.

The metals of the clutch are made of gold plated bronze, just clean using a soft dry cloth.

HOW DO I KEEP THE SHOES IN GOOD CONDITION?

Store separately in a dry, dust-free place.

Our shoes are handmade in Peru with the best materials on the market.

Keep in mind that natural materials can present irregularities and variations in their tonality, which makes them unique and special.

Treat them with care, especially those made of more delicate materials such as suede or fabric, keep them away from water and do not expose them to direct sunlight for long hours.

RETURNS

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT DOESN'T FIT ME OR I DON'T FINISH LIKING THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

The customer might make changes within 30 days, after making the purchase and provided that the following conditions are met:

  • That the product is new, without signs of use, with the seals placed on the product, and without ripping or breaking the original labels
  • That the product has not been tampered with.
  • Once the company verifies that the conditions are met, the customer may exchange the item for another that we have in stock of the same or higher amount, paying the difference.

    In case the product has factory defects, or wants to return the product, the customer must contact customerservice@butrich.com to review the case.

    DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE A GUARANTEE?

    Our warranty applies for up to 60 days after the purchase of the item, and it only covers manufacturing defects. Keep in mind that our shoes are handmade in Perú with the highest manufacturing standards, so they may have slight variations inherent to craftsmanship. Also, the leather we use may have slight variations in color or texture, as it is a material that comes from the layer of an animal's tissue and is unique and irreplicable.

    Cases NOT considered manufacturing defects include:

  • Do not following product cleaning and care instructions.
  • Product deterioration due to its nature.
  • Use of chemicals that deteriorate the material.
  • Any modification or alteration made by the customer.
  • Incorrect use of the item.
  • Any external factor not related to the quality or manufacturing of the product.

    DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE THE TAX INCLUDED?

    Tax is not included, it depends of each state.

    TAXES

    The tariffs or taxes generated by the product will have to be paid by the client and depend of each state.

    RETURNS

    You could make returns and exchanges up to 30 days after the date of placing the order, as long as it fullfil the following conditions:

  • That the product is in perfect conditions (new, without signs of usage and with original packaging)
  • That the product has not been manipulated.
  • Show the invoice.

  • Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our returns policy. Once accepted, you will be able to return or exchange the product from another one we have in stock. In case it has a higher ticket, you must pay the difference.
